Scot Chisholm, LLC includes the Highland CEO coaching program, one-on-one executive coaching, and business-related events for CEOs, startups and nonprofits.
At Scot Chisholm, LLC, we strive to deliver the best possible satisfaction at all times. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased on our website. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund.

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

How We Fulfill
Highland members are given access on a quarterly basis, and have unlimited access to the
community and its proprietary content as long as they remain a member. Executive coaching is
typically done on an every-other-week basis through phone call.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available, unless otherwise noted within your business agreement with Scot Chisholm, LLC.
- For Highland, there are no refunds available, but both parties can cancel at any time.
- For 1-1 coaching, there are no refunds available, but both parties can cancel at any time.
- For private events hosted by Scot Chisholm, LLC, there are no refunds available. If another party is renting our facilities, then they will determine their own refund policy for their private event.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for Highland and executive coaching is 30 days. This means that the client must give 30 days notice prior to canceling Highland or executive coaching.
